Therapy that fits your life
Personalized. Proven.
Supportive.
For adults and seniors, we offer the most current evidence-based treatments. We will approach your concerns thoughtfully and your goals collaboratively to develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. In addition to offering specialized care for anxiety disorders, we recognize that you may want to address other challenges throughout treatment, such as depression, family or general relationship concerns, and support for life challenges.Â
In this regard, treatment using Cognitive Behavioral interventions may be combined with other approaches, including Exposure-based therapy, General Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness training, couples and family-based therapy. We offer individual outpatient therapy, options for more intensive therapy, teletherapy, couples, family-based, parent coaching and group therapy.
