Personalized care.
Strength for Today.
Skills for Tomorrow.
Our experienced, licensed psychologists are highly-skilled in evidenced-based treatments for anxiety and related conditions and have specialized training in working with kids and teens. For children ages 3-18 years and young adults, we offer individual outpatient therapy; options for more intensive outpatient therapy; teletherapy; parent coaching and group therapy. We specialize in Cognitive Behavioral interventions (CBT), including Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and much more. Research indicates that CBT is highly-effective in reducing anxiety and other challenges, often within a short time frame.
While we specialize in treating anxiety disorders and OCD, our psychologists are also experts in treating the full range child and adolescent challenges including ADHD, depression, school-related stress, social difficulties and family and adjustment issues.

Our Process
Once you reach-out to us— by phone or contact form— we will respond within one to two business days.
We offer a FREE 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns and answer any questions you may have. Please reach out with any questions, we are here to help!
Following, an initial evaluation will be scheduled with Dr. Lori Kasmen, Director of our Child and Adolescent Services.
During this appointment, she will help identify the specific nature of your and your child’s concerns; determine how our practice can best help; and pair your child with a clinician who will best fit your child’s needs and preferences.
After school, evening, and weekend (Sat and Sun) appointments are available in person or via teletherapy. We will work with you to accommodate scheduling requests so your child does not have to miss school for appointments if that is your preference.
Expert Care
With decades of combined clinical experience, our team of expert psychologists are trusted leaders in the treatment of anxiety and child and adolescent mental health. Because anxiety is our specialty, we deeply understand what works — and how to tailor treatment to each child or teen.
Each psychologist brings a strong foundation in research-based therapies and extensive knowledge of child development, ensuring care that is not only effective but also age-appropriate and personalized to your child’s unique needs.
We’re known for our warm, creative, and engaging approach. With teens, we prioritize trust and authentic connection. With younger children, we make therapy playful and fun — helping them feel excited to engage. At every stage, we focus on teaching lifelong coping skills that empower kids and teens to thrive, both in therapy and in their everyday lives.
Our sessions are interactive, motivating, and skill-focused, helping children and adolescents learn essential strategies and apply them with confidence as they navigate challenges.
Our Commitment to You
A note for parents
We deeply value establishing warm, collaborative relationships with our clients and their families. Parental and caregiver involvement play an important role in a child’s treatment— specifically as it relates to reinforcing strategies at home that your child is learning in therapy. Depending on your child’s unique needs, we may ask you to briefly participate during sessions, or to be actively involved throughout.
When appropriate (and with your permission), we will also collaborate with others involved in your child’s care— from school counselors and teachers, to pediatricians, psychiatrists and other support people. We will personalize your child’s care and tailor a treatment plan specific to their short-term needs and long-term goals.
