Connect. Share. Grow.

Support Starts Here

Anxiety is common — and support makes a difference.

Anxiety can be overwhelming, and it often leads people to feel isolated or misunderstood. But the reality is that anxiety disorders are the most common mental health condition in the U.S. You’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

Many people find real value in connecting with others who face similar challenges. Support groups can offer a sense of connection, reduce feelings of isolation, and help build practical tools for managing anxiety more effectively.

At our practice, we offer:

  • Free Support groups for adults

  • Therapy groups for children, teens, and parents

Facilitated or led by experienced, licensed clinicians, our groups provide a safe, structured environment to share experiences, learn new coping strategies, and build confidence.

Whether you’re currently in therapy or looking for a place to begin, group support can be a powerful step forward.

Therapy Groups for Adults

Our adult support groups are therapist-facilitated, completely free, and have been running successfully for many years — creating a strong, welcoming community for individuals managing anxiety and related challenges.

Currently, all meetings are held virtually via Google Meet, unless otherwise specified.
