Chelsea Frank, Psy.D.
Dr. Frank has expertise working with people who are between the ages of 14-years and late adulthood.
She has extensive experience in the treatment of an array of anxiety and related disorders, with an emphasis on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, social anxiety, agoraphobia, grief, tic disorders, and BFRBS, including trichotillomania. Dr. Frank specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (E/RP), grief counseling, and habit reversal training.
Dr. Frank holds an Authority to Practice Inter-jurisdictional Tele-psychology (APIT) license and is able to see clients in 42 PSYPACT participating states via teletherapy.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Dr. Frank received her Psy.D. and M.S. in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Additionally, she received her MA in Clinical Counseling Psychology at La Salle University. At PCOM, Dr. Frank received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (E/RP), positive psychology, and motivational interviewing. Dr. Frank has trained at diverse sites including, The Center for Brief Therapy, providing individual therapy to the PCOM community and surrounding area; Lankenau Medical Center, providing behavioral health services; Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital providing short-term care, and at two different community mental health agencies, Merakey and INTERACT.
