Jessica Harpel, Psy.D.

Dr. Harpel specializes in treating a variety of child, adolescent and adult difficulties, and has expertise in treating the full-range of anxiety disorders and OCD.

Utilizing an eclectic treatment approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure/Response Prevention (E/RP), Dr. Harpel matches treatment to best meet each individual’s needs. She also has specialization in evidence-based treatments for feeding and eating disorders including ARFID, as well as experience in working with children living with chronic illness. Dr. Harpel has worked with individuals in a variety of settings including outpatient, community mental health, primary care, and hospital-based. She previously worked with children and their families with a wide-range of mental health disorders at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Dr. Harpel received her M.S. from Millersville University in Clinical Psychology and earned her Psy.D. from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
